Welcome to Sky High Entertainment, a distinguished agency facilitating the connection between esteemed clients and our exclusive models. We pride ourselves on working with independent professionals dedicated to elevating your events with elegance and charm.

2. Acceptance of This Agreement

This agreement, binding between Sky High Entertainment and you, our esteemed client, does not necessitate a physical signature for validity. Upon settling an invoice, sent via text message or email along with these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and accept the outlined service terms.

3. Website Viewing

Be advised, our website may feature content of a sexual nature that some might find offensive. Should you find any material objectionable, we kindly ask you to exit the site immediately. We are not liable for the content on linked advertising or social media platforms. All imagery and logos on our website are proprietary to Sky High Entertainment.

4. Pricing, Bookings, and Cancellations

To secure your model booking, a deposit is required. Once confirmed, any changes to booking details can only be accommodated subject to the model’s availability. Payments for model services are to be made directly to them at the event. In case of booking cancellations, deposits are non-refundable, and additional fees may apply for last-minute cancellations.

5. The Services and Customer’s Obligations

As our client, ensuring the safety and respect of our models during your event is your responsibility. Any breach of this agreement by attendees may result in the immediate termination of our services without a refund. A clean, safe working environment and private changing area for our models are mandatory. The use of phones or video recording is strictly forbidden, as is any form of disrespect or inappropriate conduct towards our models.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

It is your duty to inform all event attendees of the conduct rules pertaining to our models. Photos provided for booking purposes are not to be misused. Once a booking is confirmed, only essential contact information will be shared with the model for communication purposes. Our models retain their right to privacy and are under no obligation to share personal information.
